Terms and conditions for local delivery/pick up inside Lebanon
Please make sure that you log on to our Lebanon store and enter the Lebanese address as the shipping address along with their contact details (Lebanese mobile number is a must).
Please make sure that you are using a Visa or Mastercard that is valid for international purchases.

REFUND
If you are not fully satisfied with the quality of our products or items are missing from your order, please save the product, original box, any paperwork and packing materials it arrived in and contact our Customer Care Service at cc@hallab.com.lb.
If you are approved, your full or partial refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
In other cases, you will be compensated with a discount coupon applied on your next purchase.
We do not offer cash refunds unless in rare cases we feel it is right to do so.
RETURNS
Hallab products are perishable. Therefore, we are unable to accept returns or offer a cash refund for any food product in general.
