Hallab 1881 Loyalty is based on a Cashback system, designed to reward our loyal customers.

The program consists of four levels: Primary, Advanced, Privileged and Royal levels determined by the number of “Points” collected in your Loyalty account per 1 year starting your enrollment date. During this period you can accumulate and redeem points whenever you want.

PRIMARY CARD
Customers who wish to become a member of Hallab 1881 Loyalty will automatically be enrolled in the PRIMARY CARD level (1 – 1,999 points).

SPECIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Loyalty members who do not maintain defined number of points for their current level during 1 year, will go back one level.
• On redemption, customers must visit Hallab 1881 headquarters where they will be asked to present their ID and the name should match with registered name on Hallab 1881 Loyalty system.
• Cashback redemption should be made within 6 months from the date of purchase
• Customers must register their personal details and keep Hallab 1881 informed of any changes.
• In case of loss, replacement cards will be issued for free by Hallab 1881 and the balance will be added to the new card.
• Hallab 1881 is entitled to remove a number of points from the member’s account at any time if purchased products are returned for any reason.
• Hallab 1881 Loyalty points, in whatever form, are not transferable, cannot be copied and can only be used by the member who is the owner of the card.
• Hallab 1881 reserves the right to cancel any account in case of violation of the terms and conditions of the program.
• The Hallab 1881 cards and points, in whatever form, are issued by and remain the property of Hallab 1881 which may, at any time, terminate the scheme or alter or amend the conditions of the program.
• Customers who purchase Hallab 1881 products through an application or website that aren’t the property of Hallab 1881 aren’t eligible for points’ collection.  
• Customers who benefit from a discount and wish to enroll in Hallab 1881 Loyalty must wave their right to any applicable discount.
